Drew advises clients on a variety of real estate and finance transactions. He represents purchasers and sellers in connection with the financing, acquisition, and disposition of real property, including multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, and office properties.

He counsels pension fund advisors, banks, and investment asset managers on leasing, lease workouts, and asset management matters. Drew also has experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions.
