Daja is part of the firm’s On-Chain: Reed Smith’s Crypto & Digital Assets Group and global environmental social and governance (ESG) practice. She is an expert in litigation strategy and collaborates extensively with experts of related practice areas. She routinely advises a wider range of companies operating in the green energy sector.

Daja is the Munich Chair of Reed Smith’s Women's Initiative Network (WINRS) and supports initiatives around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She previously served as managing partner of the firm’s Munich office.
