Nick Brocklesby is a partner in the Global Commercial Disputes Group. He has considerable experience of complex commercial litigation, often encompassing an international element, and banking and financial services disputes. He has acted for and advised major corporate entities, investment banks, hedge fund managers, private equity houses and other financial institutions.
