Mike represents employers involved in a variety of employment litigation matters, including defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Mike has extensive experience litigating Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective actions, including matters involving donning and doffing time, off-the-clock pre- and post-shift meetings, automatic deduction of unpaid breaks, exemption misclassification, and independent contractor misclassification. Further, Mike handles a wide range of Americans with Disabilities Act employment and public accommodation claims across Texas.
