Sara Marie Eddy focuses her practice on counselling clients on federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations. Sara has experience with permitting compliance issues and violations, real estate due diligence, as well government investigations and settlement negotiations.
Sara’s experience also includes advising clients on growing areas of interest such as environmental, corporate, governance (ESG) considerations and the development of renewable energy infrastructure.
Sara also has a dedicated pro bono practice focused on immigration and reproductive rights.
