Siân has over 25 years experience in the energy and natural resources sector with a particular focus on dispute resolution including international arbitration, arbitration before trade associations, insurance recovery claims, maritime arbitration and proceedings before the English Court.
Having spent almost two years in a senior in-house position with Shell International Trading & Shipping Co Ltd ("Stasco"), Siân understands the legal needs of global multinational clients in the energy and natural resources sector. Whist at Stasco Siân advised the Environmental Products trading business.
Siân also advises clients in the sector in connection with non-contentious commercial matters spanning trading, shipping and insurance.
