Brian is a member of Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes Group in the firm’s New York office. He has represented multinational companies and financial institutions in federal civil and bankruptcy disputes.  In his varied practice, Brian has litigated breach of contract claims, merger and acquisition disputes, business torts, and adversary proceedings.
