The media, entertainment and tech sector is a particular focus. Graham represented Channel 4 and IMG Media in successfully defending the age discrimination claim brought by John McCririck. Graham has been advising for a number of years on the application of the Equality Act 2010 to talent selection in TV and film and has spoken with government on the issue.
Graham has many years’ experience in the High Court, Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. He has defended high value and complex claims including discrimination claims, whistleblowing claims and disputes over contractual entitlements. He has also acted on high value bonus claims and claims based on restraint of trade issues, including the impact of restraint of trade doctrine on the terms of deferred compensation arrangements.
