She has experience litigating single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, class and collective action lawsuits, from initial case assessment, discovery, and motion practice through trial. Amy also assists clients on day-to-day human resources issues, including COVID-19 counseling, requests for accommodation, handbooks and policies, employment and restrictive covenant agreements, FLSA employee classifications, WARN Act and OWBPA notices and internal investigations, among other areas.
