Aimee is an associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. She focuses her practice on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance issues, and general corporate law. Her transaction experience spans a wide range of industries and deal sizes. She also has experience working on energy industry transactions with a particular focus on project finance and project development on energy and infrastructure projects.
