Crystal is a dual qualified associate in the Global Corporate Group. She has experience working on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity transactions. She has acted for corporates, and financial sponsors on all aspect of M&A and investment transactions, both domestically and cross-border.
Crystal has also been involved in various pro bono matters within the firm, and has drafted and negotiated asset purchase agreements for some of the firm’s pro bono clients.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Crystal practiced at a top Nigerian law firm for four years where she advised on corporate, private equity and venture capital transactions across multiple sectors.
