Esther’s practice focuses on handling regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters for clients in the health care industry, including pharmacies; health care providers; pharma and biotech manufacturers; and those investing in the industry, including private equity funds. She assists clients with a wide array of regulatory and compliance matters, and helps provide regulatory due diligence in mergers, acquisitions and other types of transactional arrangements. She also provides counsel on FDA regulatory issues for food, drug, dietary, and medical device companies.
