Natalie is an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Regulatory Enforcement group. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, securities litigation, and helping corporate and individual clients with internal investigations and regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, including under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the False Claims Act, and the Anti-kickback statute. Natalie’s experience includes representing individuals and companies in investigations involving securities fraud, political corruption, bribery, and immigration fraud. Natalie also has extensive experience assisting clients with creating and implementing corporate compliance programs, and she frequently advises clients on compliance and disclosure issues related to the FCPA.
