Ethan is an associate in the Business & Finance group. He focuses his practice on fintech, private equity and venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

While in law school, Ethan was a staff editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. He also served as a Moritz Board Fellow on the board of the Greater Columbus Sports Commission.
