Lisa has litigated, arbitrated and settled numerous types of insurance disputes, including: environmental pollution and contamination claims arising from historical contamination, oil and chemical spills and leaks, pipeline ruptures and railroad derailments; False Claims Act litigation; employment and work-place liabilities; product liability litigation; civil rights cases and other municipal and governmental liabilities; and first-party property losses and business interruption claims, such as those arising from fires, floods and storms. Lisa has extensive experience with cross-border disputes, including handling several international insurance and reinsurance arbitrations in London and litigation in Puerto Rico arising out of the 2017 hurricanes.

Lisa is an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School, where she teaches appellate advocacy and moot court courses.
