Eryn’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution, enforcement and clearance for clients in a wide array of industries, including fashion, entertainment, technology, healthcare, food and beverage, and cryptocurrency. Along with managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, Eryn has experience representing clients in trademark, trade secret, and trade dress disputes.
Eryn is committed to diversity and inclusion efforts both at Reed Smith and in the legal community at large, and devotes time to mentoring diverse college and graduate students who are interested in pursuing legal careers.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Eryn attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was the Community Service Chair for Vanderbilt’s Black Law Students’ Association. She also served as Vanderbilt’s first ever Diversity & Inclusion Editor for her law school journal.
