MUNICH – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised Signature Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund based in Munich and Berlin, on its seed investment into Blockchain Technology Partners, a leading enterprise blockchain company. Signature, along with Force Over Mass, a London-based venture capital firm, led the £2 million seed round.
Signature Ventures focuses on equity investments in the technologies of digital decentralization, such as blockchain and distributed ledger technology.
The multinational Reed Smith team advising on this matter was led by London corporate partner Sam Webster, Munich-based counsel Silvio McMiken, and London associate James Hatchard.
