She advises financial services providers including banks, payments companies, digital asset and blockchain-based service providers, FinTech companies, money services businesses, investment management firms, and funds, as well as third-party vendors and infrastructure providers to financial firms. Among other regulatory compliance matters, Hadas routinely advises clients on federal and state licensure requirements and exemptions, the licensing process, regulatory examination preparedness and the response to examination, strategic response to regulatory investigations and enforcement. She has specific focuses in identifying regulatory risks and obligations applicable to blockchain-based models and other emerging technologies, helping clients navigate AML/CFT laws and regulations and the Corporate Transparency Act, and providing practical cybersecurity compliance guidance, real-time incident response strategies, and data governance solutions for electronic communications and other laws and regulations applicable to books and records maintenance.
