She also advises entrepreneurs and private companies from formation to exit, including with respect to corporate governance matters, financings, commercial agreements, strategic opportunities, and liquidity events. She has counseled clients across a range of industry sectors, including enterprise software, e-commerce, digital media, AI, financial services, healthcare, consumer products, and autonomous vehicles.

Teresa’s practice includes representing investors, including corporate venture capital funds, venture capital funds, private equity firms, and angel investors, in connection with their investments in private companies. In addition, she has counseled clients in establishing and developing corporate venture capital programs, including with respect to investment strategy, market considerations, transaction execution, and internal processes.
