Ginevra’s financial services litigation practice focuses on class and individual actions in the banking, consumer finance, employment, and investment management industries. Ginevra’s wide-ranging litigation expertise includes claims brought under the CARES Act and various consumer protection statutes, including nuanced disputes relating to the Paycheck Protection Program and sales tax collection practices. Ginevra has extensive experience managing complex discovery matters in federal and state court litigation across the country, including matters that involve large-scale ESI. Ginevra also has deep experience advising clients on garnishments and setoffs, leading a team of attorneys to provide risk management and compliance counseling to multiple national and regional bank clients in this space.
