This seminar focuses on in-house counsel and current applications of the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine to their role.  The course offers practical suggestions on how in-house counsel can put their employers in the best possible position to maximize the protections of the attorney-client privilege and to successfully assert the work product doctrine.
