Global law firm Reed Smith won Most Innovative International Firm and partner Tamara Box won Best in Structured Finance for the second time, at this year’s Euromoney LMG Europe Women in Business Law Awards.

The awards celebrate the continent’s leading female lawyers and those firms with the most effective gender-diversity initiatives. The firm beat stiff competition to win Most Innovative International Firm in respect of its women’s initiative. Tamara Box, who joined Reed Smith in February last year, was recognised for her professional accomplishments this year including advising London & Regional Group on the highly complex Lords 1 restructuring, which involved the restructuring of £362.5 million of outstanding debt.

The firm was also nominated for Best International Firm Mentoring Programme and Best International Firm for Talent Management. Additional individual nominations included Marina Cousté for Best in Patents and Emma Lenthall for Best in TMT.
