Allison joined the firm in 2012 as an associate in the Tax, Benefits & Wealth Planning Group. She assists clients with matters involving general employee benefits and executive compensation. Allison’s areas of focus include voluntary compliance for qualified plans (including Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor correction programs), documentation and disclosure for qualified and nonqualified plans, executive compensation (including Code Sections 409A and 457), benefits due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and withdrawal liability and other multiemployer plan issues.
