Marty is a thought leader who stays abreast of the latest industry trends and who, along with the Managed Care team, authored the Managed Care Outlook, an in-depth look into the key themes and issues managed care organizations could face in 2024 and beyond. He was also instrumental in developing the Post-Dobbs Tracker, a subscription-based service to help in- house lawyers at managed care entities mitigate risk in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s landscape-altering Dobbs decision, which repealed Roe v. Wade.

He is the founder, former editor and a respected contributor to the CFSL Bulletin, a widely recognized blog focused on tracking legal developments in consumer financial services litigation. Additionally, Marty is a sought-after speaker, regularly sharing his insights including changes under Title X of the Dodd-Frank Act, the recent Dobbs decision and other developments in the managed care industry. He has also taken on the role as an adjunct law school professor of health law. Further solidifying his reputation as an authority in the legal community, Marty served on the editorial board of Law360’s Privacy & Consumer Protection publication.
