Min is a commercial disputes lawyer who has extensive experience in advising on China-related cross border commercial disputes, international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. He is qualified to practice in Hong Kong, England and Wales and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area of China. He regularly conducts arbitrations under the rules of all the major arbitration institutions, including HKIAC, CIETAC, LCIA, ICC, SIAC, SCMA and LMAA. He has lived and worked in Mainland China, Hong Kong and London, and applies his international outlook and local experience in providing a strong, tailor-made commercial litigation strategy to his clients.
Min focuses on a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes work, with particular emphasis on handling high value shareholder and equity related disputes, complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, fraud and asset recovery, cybercrime, contentious insolvencies and bankruptcies, receiverships, commodities and trading disputes, and the worldwide enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards. He also has solid experience in contentious matters involving allegations of commercial fraud and has on various occasions applied for Mareva injunctions (asset freezing orders) and Norwich Pharmacal orders (court orders to compel the disclosure of information and documents by innocent third parties).

Min is a graduate of Dalian Maritime University with a Bachelor of Engineering in International Multimodal Transportation and a Master of Laws. He also holds an LL.M. from University College London. He is the author of the “Voyage Charterparty” and “Time Charterparty” chapters of Maritime Law and Practice in Hong Kong published by Sweet & Maxwell. He also lectures regularly for many educational and commercial institutions, and is a visiting professor to Dalian Maritime University.
