Vincent is an associate in the Labor & Employment group of our Munich office.
He advises national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective labor law. His practice focuses on advising on day-to-day business issues, such as protection against dismissal, short-time work, mobile working and bogus self-employment.
This includes, in particular, advice on questions of works constitution law and support in negotiations with works councils. In addition, he regularly advises on restructuring as well as on national and cross-border transactions.
Vincent’s main focus is on advising and representing U.S. companies and their German subsidiaries.
