International law firm Reed Smith has announced the appointment of Jeremy Glover to its partnership. Jeremy will join Reed Smith's London office to lead the employee incentives team. Jeremy joins Reed Smith from Stephenson Harwood, where he was head of the firm's employee incentives group.
Jeremy specialises in employee incentives (from a strategic, corporate governance and tax perspective) and management participation (including private equity and venture capital-backed transactions in e.g. MBOs and MBIs).
In particular, he advises clients on employee incentives including remuneration and board room pay, management participation in transactions, implementing and restructuring share and cash short-term and long term incentive plan arrangements and advising companies on tax.
