Frank joined Reed Smith in March 2007 and is a member of the firm's State Tax Group. Frank focuses his practice on state tax planning and controversy matters, specializing in income/franchise and sales and use taxes.
Frank works closely with his clients to determine the best course of action--from planning through litigation--to resolve their issues. He advises clients in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical, financial services, and consumer product industries. He has successfully represented many Fortune 500 companies before administrative boards and courts throughout the country.
