Jeff is an associate in the Real Estate Group. He concentrates his practice in real estate litigation, including contracts, land use litigation, and real estate tax assessments appeals.
Jeff's experience includes:
- Assisted in representing a manufacturer sued in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania under various product liability theories, and facilitated a favorable settlement for the client
- Assisted in representing a manufacturer in a patent suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania that resulted in a favorable settlement for the client
- Assisted in securing summary judgment for a housing client on a civil rights claim filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania
