A member of Reed Smith’s Records & E-Discovery Group, Kristen has twelve years of experience in electronic discovery, having performed work for a number of nationwide product liability litigations, including pharmaceutical cases, banking and finance cases and government investigations.

In addition to e-discovery, Kristen also has experience in records retention matters, including working with clients to develop internal retention periods, as well as record retention training and compliance. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Kristen worked in civil litigation, including family law, appellate advocacy and appellate court administration. She has assisted in drafting discovery responses, conducting deposition preparation and drafting trial modules.
