Séverine joined Reed Smith in January 2006. Before that, she joined the Employment Department of Rambaud Martel where she spent over 4 years. She is now counsel in a team made up of 5 lawyers specialized in Employment Law.
She advises French companies, often subsidiaries of international groups, in all matters related to employment law, from information/consultation of Works’ Councils to the negotiation of collective agreements or redundancy plans. She regularly advises her clients on setting up whistleblowing processes.
She collaborates with the Corporate group on matters such as sales or acquisitions of companies or activities. She is most experienced in handling international litigation including conflicting laws or jurisdictions.
Séverine has held seminars on employment law issues for the AFII (Invest in France Agency), the EFE and other organizations.
