Siobhan is a Counsel in the Reed Smith UK Real Estate Group working on a range of client transactions with responsibility for the professional support for the Group. Siobhan provides the Group's legal training, technical updates, precedent documents and assists with business development.
Siobhan also specialises in the environmental aspects of Real Estate transactions and Corporate takeovers and mergers and is a member of the firm's Climate Change Group.
Siobhan's work at Reed Smith involves advising on the complex issues that affect Real Estate deals including the most appropriate structure and on strategy. Previously, Siobhan was Partner in the Commercial Property Department of Howes Percival advising on a full range of investment, development and corporate occupier's work.
