Reed Smith’s Indonesia expert and Partner Charles Ball will provide an introduction to Indonesia’s ever changing legal and regulatory landscape and provide an update on the recent trends relevant to foreign investors and MNCs operating in Indonesia. The update will include topics such as: (a) the regulation of foreign investment; (b) labour, immigration and language laws (as they relate to foreigners); (c) regulatory compliance (anti-bribery, AML etc); and (d) domestic courts and domestic arbitration.
