On Wednesday, November 16, Carl Joseph, the Franchise Tax Board's Assistant Chief Counsel for Legal's Multistate Tax Bureau, joins Reed Smith partners Brian Toman, Marty Dakessian, and Kyle Sollie, to discuss the treatment of foreign dividends in the wake of the Court of Appeal's recent decision in Apple Inc. v.
