HONG KONG – Donald Sham, a disputes partner at global law firm Reed Smith, has been named among Hong Kong’s 10 most influential lawyers under 40 for 2022 by Hong Kong Business.

Donald specializes in Hong Kong court litigation and international arbitration proceedings. He began his legal career with the Hong Kong office of Reed Smith in 2010 as a trainee solicitor and was promoted to Partner in 2021. He is currently a listed arbitrator of five arbitral institutions globally, namely HKIAC, HKMAG, CMAC, SCMA and AIAC, and has been serving as the Secretary of the Hong Kong Maritime Law Association since 2019.
