International law firm Reed Smith is winner for ‘Best Law Firm: Fund Structuring’ in Private Equity Wire’s European Emerging Manager Awards 2023. The awards recognize excellence among private equity emerging fund managers and service providers.
Reed Smith’s private equity team is considered one of the broadest middle-market private equity practices in the world. It advises private equity funds, institutional investors, family offices, independent sponsors, alternative asset managers, and their portfolio companies.
Voting for the awards was conducted via an online poll of the entire Private Equity Wire userbase, where participants were asked to make their choice among the shortlisted firms in each category. The awards were presented at an event on 8 November in London.
