In the UK, Chambers notes Reed Smith’s regular advice on corporate transactional matters, including financings for FinTechs, alongside its work on regulatory mandates around digital asset operations.

London-based Stainthorpe is recognized for his work on financing deals involving FinTechs and his experience advising on tokenized securities transactions, reflecting his deep understanding of the intersection of finance and technology.

In Singapore, Chambers highlights the firm’s “strong expertise in financial regulatory and technology matters” and its track record advising domestic and regional clients on regulatory compliance. Bogardi joined Reed Smith in Singapore in November 2025, bringing extensive regional experience to the firm’s FinTech offering. She is a seasoned financial services regulatory lawyer with experience advising blockchain and cryptocurrency companies.
