Frank is a senior member of Reed Smith's Records & E-Discovery Group. With over 20 years of e-discovery experience, he is responsible for supervising projects covering a broad range of subjects, including regulatory and agency investigations (SEC, FINRA, NRC), finance and banking litigation, contract disputes, product liability litigation, and non-litigation document reviews, analyses, and due diligence practices.
Since joining Reed Smith in 2011, Frank has been a key member of the Group’s due diligence and contract review teams. In that capacity, he has assisted a number of large financial institutions with their contract analysis projects. Frank's recent work involves leading a team of over 50 attorneys in managing and directing a large-scale e-discovery review project on behalf of a client involved in a voluminous multi-district litigation. Frank has also assisted clients with record retention policies and schedules and, as an E-Discovery Associate, he develops some of the group's privilege, training, and educational programs.
Throughout his tenure as an E-Discovery attorney, Frank has been a leader in successfully organizing and managing teams of contract attorneys to meet the needs of clients and provide a cost effective, efficient, and quality work product.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Frank worked at two large Pittsburgh law firms dealing with insurance coverage, commercial, intellectual property, and various regulatory and agency matters.
