NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith announced that it has advised private equity fund Leeds Equity Partners and its portfolio company Genius SIS (“Genius”) in the acquisition of LiteracyPro Systems (“LiteracyPro”). Genius provides cloud-based student information system (SIS) software and training management system software for online learning and virtual classrooms. LiteracyPro is a leading SIS software provider that helps teachers and administrators effectively manage state and local adult education and literacy programs and meet government reporting requirements.
