Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it served as health care regulatory counsel to Court Square Capital Partners, a leading middle-market private equity firm, on the sale of Knipper Health to Frazier Healthcare Partners. 

A leading healthcare solutions company, Knipper Health serves more than 100 life sciences companies, including 18 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies. Under Court Square’s ownership, Knipper Health expanded its core offerings and invested in technology to enhance customer integration, innovation and operational efficiencies.

The Reed Smith team that served as health care regulatory counsel on the deal was led by partners Scot Hasselman and Nicole Aiken-Shaban, and included associates Taber Rueter, Seb Dugmeoglu, Courtney Potts, Brittney Cafero, Craig Anderson, Smita Patil, Whitney Petrie and Peter Terreri.
