Splittgerber is co-managing partner of Reed Smith’s Munich office, co-head of the firm’s global Artificial Intelligence practice and a member of the firm’s Emerging Technologies Group. His practice focuses on technology, digitalisation, data, artificial intelligence, privacy and IT/cyber security. He has extensive experience of representing clients before data protection authorities and courts.

Filippitsch is a Brussels-based partner in Reed Smith’s Antitrust and Competition practice. He advises on all aspects of EU and international competition and merger control law, EU state aid and public procurement as well as regulatory law. He represents clients across a wide range of industry sectors before the European Commission and the German and Austrian competition authorities.
