McKnight has advised life sciences companies on FDA matters for more than two decades. While she has a special focus on medtech companies in the digital health space, her practice also includes a wider range of medical devices as well as pharmaceutical and biological drugs. She is particularly active in helping her client navigate areas where technology and innovation outpace efforts to legislate or regulate, and clients must rely on seasoned and nimble legal counsel to help mitigate risk.
She also serves as managing partner of Reed Smith’s Austin office.
The LMG Life Sciences in Americas Awards feature lawyers from the United States, Canada and Brazil who are the best in corporate, regulatory, intellectual property, and litigation matters. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Sept. 4 in New York City.
