William has broad experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including global corporate transactions, global team restructuring and redundancies, employment advisory, cross-border projects, complex grievances and tribunal claims on the respondent side.
William also has broad experience in drafting standard employment documents such as senior and mid-level employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
Prior to Reed Smith, William was an associate at Dentons for over three years, having originally trained at Penningtons Manches Cooper.
