Nathaniel Ku is an associate in the Real Estate group and represents developers, owners, lenders, buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions involving commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and sale-leasebacks. Additionally, Nate’s practice focuses on the development, construction, and financing of renewable energy projects, including wind and solar energy projects.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Nate was an associate with a boutique law firm in Seattle where his practice focused on managing and facilitating multi-million dollar leasing and purchase transactions for the real estate department of a multi-billion dollar technology company client, and preparing leases and purchase agreements on behalf of commercial, industrial, municipal, and nonprofit landlord clients.
