Alexandra (Alex) is an associate in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. Alex advises clients on complex intellectual property (IP), licensing, and technology transactions across various industries. She provides strategic counsel and negotiation support for both customers and vendors in commercial and corporate matters, including software licensing and development; SaaS agreements; partnerships; terms of service and operational contracts; IT services; and technology-driven mergers, acquisitions, investments, and project financings. She is proficient in managing comprehensive due diligence, including with respect to open source software and licensing, as well as drafting and negotiating IP licenses; vendor products and services agreements; professional services and development agreements; transitional services agreements; and other ancillary technology-focused transaction and commercial documents.
