Colette is a Senior Staff Attorney that has been with the firm since 2008 and focuses her practice on litigation.
Colette regularly defends financial institutions in matters involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, and related state laws.
In addition, Colette also represents financial institutions in civil asset forfeiture, replevin, and collection matters.
She also has experience in supporting a team of attorneys in life science product liability litigation, multidistrict and mass tort litigation.
Colette also has experience defending clients in matters involving Anti-Kickback Statute claims, Safe Harbor Regulations, and the False Claims Act.
