Mayhew joins from McGuireWoods where she was partner. She has also previously worked at DLA Piper, Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
With over 15 years’ experience, Mayhew specialises in private credit, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance (including sports finance), fund finance and restructuring. Her clients are made up of leading alternative investment funds, private credit providers, specialty lenders, banks and private equity sponsors.
She advises borrowers and creditors at all levels of the capital structure and has extensive experience in syndicated lending, Term-Loan Bs, first and second lien financings, working capital lines, unitranche financings and subordinated debt instruments. In addition, Mayhew advises on financings at fund level, including capital call facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid credit and other speciality financings.
