Moore’s practice primarily focuses on the areas of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both for private equity and strategic acquirers) and general corporate counseling. She represents her clients in their structuring and formation, acquisitions and divestitures, recapitalizations, management buyouts and restructurings.

Commended as a middle-market dealmaker who has “an ongoing commitment to advance the state of women in financial services,” Moore has mentored and sponsored dozens of women lawyers, both at Reed Smith and as their careers have taken them in-house, to other firms, and to other careers altogether. She is also an active member of both the firm’s and the Chicago office’s local WINRS (Women’s Initiative Network, Reed Smith) network.
