Aditi is a counsel in the Energy and Natural Resources practice group at Reed Smith. Her practice includes advising on all areas of banking and finance including project finance, acquisition finance and general banking matters. She is particularly experienced in advising parties on structuring and documenting financing arrangements in energy-related transactions. She also has significant experience in infrastructure financing matters.

Advising a consortium of seven international banks led by a Southeast Asian bank on the US$525 million refinancing of the term and structured credit facilities to a major Singaporean power generator and electricity retailer, towards operation of the 771 MW combined cycle project developed at Jurong Island, Singapore.
Advising a regional development bank on US$91.14 million loan facilities to five subsidiaries of one of India’s leading renewable energy companies towards setting up biomass power plants in the State of Rajasthan, India.
Advising a consortium of banks on a US$163 million, five-year syndicated financing for a 300-megawatt solar plant developed by an independent power producer, located in Rajasthan.
