Representative matters

Advised long-standing client Reuben Brothers on the £300 million purchase of the famous Burlington Arcade from New York property group Thor Equities and European private equity firm Meyer Bergman. The historic retail arcade, which opened in 1819, offers 37,000 feet of luxury London retail space attracting over four million visitors every year.
Advised London & Regional on the purchase and subsequent financing of the Lensbury Hotel for in excess of £50 million.
Advised Reuben Brothers on the £34 million purchase of 69-70 Pall Mall. The deal was conditional on the incumbent tenant, a global bank, entering into a reversionary lease of the banking hall.
